Delivery hours are between 9am-5pm at the address provided in your order.

Our courier will contact you directly via phone regarding estimated time of arrival in advance.

 

Please Note, Due to local transportation constraints, delivery to particular locations may extend beyond five business days.
Exchange Policy:

In case you’re not fully satisfied with the rug you have selected, we accept returns up to 7 days from delivery date, and are willing to exchange your rug for a different design and or size, as long as the rugs are in good-as-new shape and in perfect condition. The rug will be inspected accordingly and we will contact you to arrange the exchange.

Returning Your Order:

To return an item, simply contact our Customer Service team to submit a return request, and our representative will gladly assist you with the return process.

Please note that the typical time for a return processing is two business days from the day your item has been collected, upon which you will be notified once your return is successfully completed.
